FAQs

1. Do I need an appointment before getting injections? Yes. A brief medical evaluation is required to ensure nutrient injections are appropriate and safe for you. This visit is typically covered by insurance and allows us to individualize your care.

2. What’s the difference between your injections and those from “shot bars”? Our injections use medical-grade nutrients and are provided under the supervision of a licensed naturopathic doctor. Each injection is tailored to your health needs—never a one-size-fits-all approach.

3. How often should I get injections? Frequency depends on your goals and how your body responds. Many patients start weekly or biweekly for the first month, then shift to a maintenance schedule every 2–4 weeks. We’ll personalize this during your visit.

4. Do you offer packages or discounts? Yes. You can purchase a package of 4 injections for the price of 3, which allows you to stay consistent with your plan while saving on cost.

5. Are the injections painful? Most patients describe them as quick and well-tolerated. We use small needles and careful technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

6. Can I combine nutrients in one injection? Certain nutrients—like B12, MIC, and B-Complex—can be combined safely when appropriate. Vitamin D is given separately for best absorption and safety.

7. How soon will I feel results? Some people notice improved energy or focus within 24–48 hours, while others experience more gradual changes over several sessions. Consistency matters most.

8. Can these injections replace my supplements? They can complement your oral supplements but don’t always replace them. Injections provide direct nutrient delivery for faster, more efficient absorption when digestive issues or poor absorption are concerns. Sometimes oral supplementation is also needed and we'll let you know after evaluation and assessment of your specific needs.

9. Are vitamin injections covered by insurance? The evaluation visit is often covered. The injections themselves are typically paid out of pocket, but you can use HSA/FSA funds if eligible.
